A game report will be available after hosting a live kahoot, or after at least one person has played a challenge you assigned. You must be signed in while hosting for a report to be stored on your account. You can only see reports for sessions you (or your team) hosted.
You can find reports by clicking Reports in the top navigation bar.
A trophy next to the date played denotes a challenge, no trophy denotes a live kahoot.
You can click on the following headers to sort reports:
- Date played: The time the live kahoot or challenge started
- Title: The title of the kahoot
- # Players: The number of players that joined
The three vertical dots to the right of each session gives you access to play that session again. Using this will start a live kahoot where the prior session’s player data is used to generate “ghost” players. Nicknames of these ghosts will have a ghost icon next to them. A new PIN will be assigned and you can have a new set of players join to compete against the ghosts of past players.
How to download reports
To the right of each session, use the Download button to save a report to your computer or device. Or use the three vertical dots to Save to Google Drive.
If you’re part of a premium organization, there is no Download button on your Reports page. Instead, click anywhere on a session’s listing to access a web-based report. In that report’s Summary section, you’ll find a Download button.
Downloadable reports include include a table of raw data that you can use to create charts and tables of your own. This includes every player’s answer to every question, and how many points they were awarded.
If a session includes 20 or less questions, or 200 or less players, its report will also include multiple easy-to-read tabs of pre-formatted tables.
