Kahoot getting worse and worse every year...
I'm not teaching anymore and would like a refund... do you send out email that payment will be withdrawn from your account.
Hi all! Please submit a refund request if you have reason to believe an exception to policy should be made.
While our terms and conditions advise that refunds shouldn't be expected, customer trust is important to us. If you believe some sort of error has occurred, please submit a request immediately. The further away the transaction date gets, the less likely we can assist.
Lastly, if the purchase occurred through a 3rd party (like Apple, Google, or Amazon app stores), then the related paid service/subscription is managed through their web portal and you would need to submit a refund request to them in accordance with their refund policies. Our team cannot assist with purchases through 3rd parties.
Did they same to me charged me for an account I do not have. I am not sure how they got my information to do this. I cannot afford them to take 101 dollars from me since I had surgery and missed three months of work. I have submitted a request. But Kahoot as a business should send an email notifying/reminding people their payment will be withdrawn. If my request is not answered quickly I will dispute the charge with my bank.
Is the only payment option to pay for ONE WHOLE YEAR??? Why can't I just pay for a month?
We currently offer annual billing for all of our educational plans, which allows us to provide the best value to our customers.
While we don’t have a monthly billing option, our website shows the monthly equivalent cost of each plan to help you better understand the pricing. All plans are billed upfront for the year.
We appreciate your understanding and are here to help if you have any further questions or need assistance.
