Some of my students do not have smartphones. Do they need to create an account to play Kahoot on their computer screen? The preview option works only for me, when I am signed in...

I have the same question, wsamrazik. My students don't have the preview option. They say they can not play alone and are eternally waiting for other players to join. As far as O understood fro. Reading some Faqs, in order to play alone they need to install the app and sign in, right?

I am starting a Kahoot game from my house, for students to do at their house.  However, they can't see the question or anything on their screen except for big blocks of color.  How can we do it so that they see the question?

My students would like to play live but from at home. I highly suggest you guys add a feature where the question can be displayed on the smartphone without looking at a common screen. Especially during the Covid 19 pandemic.

As an educator, live classroom engagement is essential to peaking a students interest and keeping them intrigued. While the “challenges” mode is okay, a more live mode of kahoot where students can view game questions on their personal device can be more effective in student engagement.

I have the same question as mmejicanos1. Not all of my students have cell phones and many aren't allowed to put apps on their phone.

Same question as stated above. With the recent health risks we are not in class with our students, is there a way to have the questions visible on the screens of the students from home when we start a game?

I logged into my account and started up a kahoot.  Told the code to my students via dojo, but after they logged in and the game started...they could not see the questions.  All they could see is the colors with the shapes in them. Can't I host the game and give them the code to play live, even though they cannot see or hear me?

I have been assigning Kahoots to my students! Now Kahoot made it simple, follow these steps:

Click on the Kahoot you want to assign

Click on play and choose assign

Choose date and time you want the Kahoot to end ( Make sure you choose date and time you want to end access to it)

copy the link and share it with your students in google classroom (make sure you add the link)

My students are able to see both question and answer choices. Buena suerte!

When students are on a challenge game at home, can they exit the game and then come back and pick up where they left off later without having to start over? If so, how? Thank you!
