While Kahoot! hasn't designed such a feature yet, some presentation software can embed web pages into slides. Regardless of how your software works, you’ll need a “playable link” that takes you straight to hosting a kahoot.
Whether it's your kahoot or you found it on the Discover page, you can quickly find a "playable link” by clicking its title to access its Details page. The url you’ll need is at the bottom of the kahoot’s description.
Use the “playable link” to hyperlink text in a document or on a website. Clicking the linked text will open the kahoot in your default web browser. You’ll need to set game options and choose a game mode.
- Public kahoots don't require an account to host. If you're not signed in, endgame results will not be available on your account’s Reports page.
- If it’s “Visible to: Only me” or to your organization, or isn’t your kahoot and the creator hasn’t shared it with you, you will not be able to host the kahoot. Go to https://create.kahoot.it in your default browser and sign in to an account that has access to the kahoot before clicking the hyperlinked text.
