    The subscription page said monthly $15 and they deducted whole years payments $240 on the same day at once. This is not acceptable and i need to get refund immediately. Please check thoroughly before you enter your payment details. This is a scam!! This is a scam!

    Programmed automatic transaction is just unacceptable.

    We upgraded to premium but couldn't access the features. Details are available in our email to the support team. We want to cancel the subscription and get a refund

    I would like a refund, I was not aware that a whole years worth would be deducted after the free trial. I am currently being impacted by COVID19 and cannot afford the lump sum that was taken out.

    Hello, 

    My account was renewed after my free-trial ended, which is a mistake since I canceled my "free" account before I would be charged. Who can I speak to to receive a refund? I cannot afford the nearly $100 for a game during these times.

    Hi, 

    Last night by mistake, I purchased a signature that I didn't want. I wanted to try the Free - trial. I cancelled it imediatlly after. I really can't afford it right know. I was only willing to know the plataform. Please, help here! I need to speak to someone to have my refund.

    This is definitely a scam!! I cancelled my subscription on the 7th day before free trial ends but they - Kahoot did charge my account for the whole annual year subscription. This is certainly not acceptable. A lot of my team members were planning to use Kahoot, if Kahoot doesn't respond to my support query and refund unjustified money back to my account, I will certainly devote them from all platforms and will encourage my team members to do the same.

    I accidentally did the free trial and was not aware I was signed up for annual program.Unfortunately, I flat-out can not afford this right now. Please help with this matter! Would be great to talk to someone

    This is really depressing. I decided to give Kahoot a shot to my company and try the trial before we purchase. We decided to cancel the trial on the 7th day so we can add the subscription to our budget in the future but they still charged us even though we canceled. I paid for this with my own money not the company's. Please help me get back my $240. I honestly wish there was a reminder. But please I cannot afford this $240 I'm literally struggling to pay rent and feed my family, Please!

    Hey guys just contact them and give them a valid reason as to why you need to cancel and they will help you out. It will take at least 3 days for them to answer but they will. I got my money back and it wasn't hard don't stress!

    Yed contacted support and my bank. My bank have said wait till the payment clears and then log evidence. Waiting for Kahoot to get back to me.
