In general, we have a no refunds policy. Per section 5 in our Terms and Conditions, downgrades or cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Dues already paid to us will not be returned.
If a scheduled recurring payment is declined, we’ll email you to update your payment information. We’ll also send email reminders every few days. If your payment information is not updated within 10 days, your subscription will be cancelled. To fix this, you’ll need to sign in and navigate to your billing page to update billing information and reactivate your subscription.
