How to use a spreadsheet report
A basic spreadsheet report consists of five types of sheets:
Overview
Here you’ll find stats about the overall session, like when it was played, who hosted the session, how many players joined, and how many questions were played through before the session ended. The Overview sheet also has “Overall Performance” and “Feedback” sections.
Overall Performance
Here you can get a general idea of how challenging the game was. You’ll see percentages of correct and incorrect answers, as well as the average score. You can compare these numbers to reports for the same game with different groups to, for example, see if there’s a trend and adjust the complexity of questions or training accordingly.
Feedback
The "Get feedback" option is not available when you're hosting via our mobile app.
At the end of a live game is a podium. If you click "Next" on the podium screen and then choose “Get feedback” in the top right of the screen, players will be given a short feedback form to fill out. This section of the Overview sheet shows you those results. We do not store individual player feedback. But you can tell if the game was well-received by your audience overall.
Final Scores
This sheet shows a full leaderboard that includes nicknames, total score, correct answers, and incorrect answers.
Kahoot! Summary
This sheet shows a full leaderboard that includes nicknames and total score, followed by each question along with each players’ points awarded answer chosen.
Question sheets
For each question is a sheet with detailed stats. Question sheets also have “Answer Summary” and “Answer Details” sections.
Answer Summary
For each answer option, you can see how many answers were received and the average time taken to answer.
Answer Details
For each player, you can see what answer they chose, their score earned, their total score, and their time taken to answer.
