How participants can ask questions
Once the Q&A feature is enabled:
Participants can submit their questions directly from their devices. A button labeled Ask host will be available on their screens at the bottom right corner.
Note:
☝️ The character limit is 200 characters.
☝️ Currently, questions cannot be submitted anonymously; the participant's name will be visible to the host.
☝️ If the button Ask host is greyed out , it means the host has temporarily locked question submissions.
How to find submitted questions
As a presenter:
Click the Q&A icon located at the bottom right corner of your presentation screen. This opens a side panel displaying submitted questions. You can scroll through the list of questions and address them when it makes sense within your session.
💡 Click on a specific question in the panel to enlarge it and display it prominently on the main screen for all participants to see.
💡 You have the option to hide the enlarged question or bring it back onto the screen as needed.
💡 After the session, you can review all the questions that were submitted. Look for a Q&A summary button or section within the session report to access this list.
