Our AI generator has been updated to allow for question extraction rather than generating new questions based on context. Simply upload the document in PDF format and our AI assistant will extract existing questions from the document and import them into a kahoot!
Generate questions from slides with AI
Our AI generator has been updated to create questions based on your imported slides. Once your slides are imported click the AI generator button, select ‘Your slides' from the dropdown and our AI assistant will generate an interactive presentation from your slides instantly
Generate images with AI
Now, you can generate images using AI to add to your kahoot! When adding an image, select the ‘AI Generator’, insert a prompt and our AI assistant will generate images for you.
Immersive branding improvements
We’ve implemented several new updates to our immersive branding which allows for theming and branding of kahoots.
- We’ve increased the number of custom fonts available from 6 to 112.
- We’ve added a collection of patterned and colored background images.
- We’ve added a background color picker allowing users to choose the specific color to match branding.
Slide sync integration specs
The support team has created a Microsoft OneDrive spec sheet to help you seamlessly implement our slide sync feature into your organization. Stay tuned for a Google spec sheet coming soon!

Platform improvements
- General improvements were made to improve the function and security of slide sync.
- The game pin duration has been increased from 4 hours to 8 hours allowing hosts to share session information ahead of time.
