We get it, life can be busy and unpredictable sometimes. However, here's a friendly reminder that paying for your Kahoot! subscription on time is important! You'll find more information about how the different billing options function in regard to past-due payments below.
Please note that canceling your subscription is a self-service process, and unless you cancel it, it will auto-renew. So, if you ever decide that you no longer want to continue with the subscription, be sure to let us know before your renewal date. We're happy to help!
If a scheduled recurring payment is declined, we will email you to update your payment information. We will also send email reminders every few days when our billing system periodically attempts to charge the card we have on file.
If the payment is not successfully processed within 14 days, your subscription will be terminated. To fix this, please sign in and navigate to your billing page to update billing information and renew your subscription. Alternatively, you can purchase one of our plans from scratch on our pricing pages. This may be required if we no longer offer your expired plan for purchase.
Payment by invoice:
To avoid subscription cancellation, manual invoices should be paid within 30 days. If you are having issues with paying the invoice on time, please reach out to us and let us know when you expect to be able to pay the invoice. We'll see what we can do for you!
