Disable or adjust Lobby Timer
BACKGROUND
The game option "automatically move through questions" also automates when a game starts by counting down from 15 seconds as soon someone joins. This timer resets to 15 every time someone joins. But once it reaches 0, the game starts.
The intention behind this game option is to allow games to run forever without supervision. You can create a playlist and turn this option on to allow an audience to cycle through multiple kahoots for heightened replay value. This can be useful for teachers that need to provide busy work for their class while doing station work with a smaller group.
Or if you're part of an organization and want to set up a standalone kiosk that passersby can quickly use their own devices to compete with others, use "automatically move through questions" with "require players to re-join after each kahoot" to ensure there's always space in your games for new players.
PROBLEM
Some feel that 15 seconds is not enough time and wish they could set, extend, or pause that timer. Some would rather manually start the game, though they still want the game to automatically move through questions.
KNOWN WORKAROUNDS
Currently, the only workaround is to disable this game option. You can use the spacebar key to move through questions, which is sometimes more convenient than using the "next" button. You can also program wireless devices like handheld presentation clickers to trigger emulate a spacebar button.

So please tell us how to "disable this game option"?
Thanks

In case someone else stumbles upon this question/answer... You disable the "automatically move through questions" after you start the game as the Host.
You will see Game Options and you can open that up and turn OFF the "automatically move through questions" option. Works great this way.

ALSO, manually FINISH the game, so that it doesn't automatically start a new one.
The winners on the podium want to revel a little longer on their success, and view the stats.I feel the time is not long enough, and ALSO the runners-up would like theirs to remain visible instead of disappearing after a few seconds
