On a few occasions, I've duplicated a question but have forgotten to choose the correct answer on the duplicated question. My students answer correctly but I had the wrong answer marked. I would like an option to "void question" after my students answer and I realize I'm the one who made the mistake! Or, a way to record that it was an error on my part so it does not impact the students' scores or answer streaks.
