It would be interesting to have the option to extend expiration time, and of course, don´t have the limit of a month.
Thanks!

HI, is it possible to extend the expiration?
What IS the expiration of kahoots related to Explorer magazine? I have one expiring for distance learning and I want to extend it.
Is it a certain # of days related to Explorer magazine issue date? OR a certain # of days after you assign the kahoot?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Be careful!URGENT!! My challenge pin expired a few days ago but my students didnt know about it! So they used that pin again and guess what happened! The same challenge pin was linked to another inappropriate kahoot challenge!! Is this possible?? The expired pins can later be linked by someone else for another kahoot game??

Same Q. How to change end date on challenge???

I had the same question as listed above but I don't see Customer Support responding to this question. I just went into the same game and used the 3 dots on the right. I had an option to duplicate my quiz so I did. This brought me back to the same screen where I could change the date. Unfortunately, you have to send the new Kahoot out to everyone. It seems like an easy request to be able to change the date on the original quiz.
Hope this helps!!

This is definitely a needed feature. There needs to be a way to set a challenge for ANY date in the future. Then, we need to have the ability to edit the date as needed.

Hi There - I have been able to muddle my way through to extend the expiration date but each time it seems a little different way. I'm kinda surprised Customer Service hasn't addressed the concerns but they must be swamped. When you are at the page where it list the Kahoot you like or created with a short expiration date, I have either duplicate a game by the 3 dots on the left side of the screen or 1/3 to mid way down on the right side (right next to the game you just created). It will give you options like "Edit" "Rename" "Duplicate" "Delete" "Share". After you duplicate either on the left side or at your duplicated game on the right side, look for a "PLAY" box. When you click on that, you will get the option to view it as a teacher or assign (I think that's what the other option is called) When you click the opposite of teacher (Assign), you will come to the screen where you can pick a later date. For example if you go there now, the latest you can change the expiration date is May 14th 2020. Still not ideal but that's how I do it. Then I click Done and it will bring you to the screen where you can copy the link and/or the code. This is all so clumsy and I wish I had better directions. Hope this helps !!

Hi all, I am also hoping for an answer from Customer Support. I had to create a new link and pin in order to "extend" the challenge. But it is not the ideal way of doing it.

They have added a new feature to extend Challenge Deadlines. Click on Challenge. On Left Side - click on View Challenge Info. A screen will pop up and on the right side there is a button to change challenge deadline.

I saw no button for changing a challenge deadline. I am a premium member as well. I'll keep looking.

There is another discussion thread on this. For some reason - some people are able to see the Change deadline button (see pic above) and other's can't. Other people have tried it on multiple devices and it doesn't seem to update for them.

Hi Bryan,
This is a huge benefit!! Thanks for taking the time to look into this and then post the upgrades. I bet it's been super busy during this distant learning blow up. I do have a - few more questions, I'm making quizzes/games for multiple teacher to help them during this busy time. I send them a lesson then a quiz to support. I do this in a spreadsheet form, some quizzes for some teachers and some quizzes for other teachers. So when I go back into the game and see it's close to ending and I change the date, I then have to go back and correct my link - is this true? Also, once the game is finished, I can duplicate it and rename it and then share the new link - is this true? Since I'm not all that savvy with technology, it's a hardship to always having to keep track of the links. Is there a better way of doing that, saving with the same link?

Hello,
Before arriving on the page presented by Beaky, you have to click on your quizz, then you click on "View challenge info" (cf. image below) and you can change the deadline (button on the right). I did it several times but I alway forgot :-(

Hi all!
Happy to announce that our reports page has had a major update. You can do a lot more things than you could before from that page. As part of this update, there's a new web report available with a slew of new options. In the Summary section of an active challenge, you can now change the deadline.
Happy Kahoot!'ing!
