Logging-in Timer

Currently, the "Automatically Move Through Questions" feature is only half-useful. I enjoy being able to toggle it on, click "Play", and be able to move through the classroom, letting the software do the rest.

BUT

I never use this feature for one simple reason: The automatic timer starts when the first person logs in and creates a nickname. That's hardly enough time for the last slow (there's always one in each class) student to get the PIN right or establish a working connection.

I suggest the normal "Start" button without a timer, but the timer starts working after that. Even better would be with an option to set the timer on how long each slide should be, between scoreboard etc. Sometimes I want a quick kahoot and set it 5 seconds, and sometimes I want the joy of competition and set it to 10 or 15.
