Suppose I’d like to create a self-paced challenge for tomorrow at 5pm but won’t have time to go on the internet tomorrow. So I just start the challenge the day before I want the students to take it, and make it accessible only from 5pm to 8pm tomorrow.
Basically, what I am asking is for a start date and time of the challenge. And not only the end time as what is already existing.

Exactly! I could set up next week's kahoot practice activity over the weekend--ahead of time! If only this were an option, how much more efficiently I could work! :)
