Regardless if you joined a live game or a challenge, answering different questions is nearly identical. The main difference is that…
- During a live game, questions display on the host’s device which should be connected to a large screen, projector, or screen shared on a video conference for you to see. You then use your own device to submit answers.
- During a challenge, all content is on your device.
Quiz question types
These questions award points for correct answers. They are intended to test your knowledge through fun competition.
How points work
Points are awarded based on speed of answer: the faster you answer, the more points you get. Most quiz question types award up to 1000 points, though some can be toggled to award 0 or 2000. For math wizards, here’s the formula to calculate points:
⌊ ( 1 - (( (response time) / (question timer) ) / 2 )) (points possible) ⌉
You can also earn up to 500 answer streak bonus points. Read each question carefully and make sure you submit the best answer. Multiple correct answers in a row will increase your answer streak bonus.
