How do I use Kahoot! at my event?
There are a variety of ways that Kahoot! can be used! Traditionally, events are conducted in-person. But they can also be conducted remotely or asynchronously. Before conducting an in-person or remote event, we highly recommend you test for possible connectivity issues on the network(s) you and participants will be using.

How long do I have access to the plan?
Event plans are active for 90 days, starting immediately after purchase, to offer you ample time to create content and perform dry runs before your event. After 90 days, your account is downgraded to our free service plan. Event plans do not auto-renew.
How many people get access to my plan’s features?
Event plans license grants access to plan features for only one user. Please do not share your login credentials. For your safety, we have measures in place to automatically detect unauthorized account access. These measures may result in your account access being locked during critical moments of your event and our support team may not be successful in helping to restore your access.
If you’d rather grant multiple users access to a shared workspace where they can collaborate with you on creating and presenting content, we suggest you consider one of our annual team plans instead of an event plan.
How do participants join a Kahoot! session?
Must I create my own content or can I use premade content?
You’ll have access to the Discover page and will be able to search through millions of kahoots. Add an AccessPass subscription on top of your event plan to use top-quality content from our own K! Studio and partners.
Note: Any content, especially user-generated content should be reviewed by you before presenting to a group. We have both manual and automated ways inappropriate content can be flagged. But there are no 100% accurate methods to moderating such content.
