If you purchased a subscription through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store but our mobile app doesn’t recognize it, try the following:
1. Sign out of your account, then log in again
2. Try to restore your purchase
- Open the profile page in the app
- Tap “Restore Purchases”
3. If all else fails, contact our support team. Tell us what the problem is and please let us know how you’ve tried to fix it.
