In general, we have a no refunds policy. Per section 4 in our Terms and Conditions, downgrades or cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Dues already paid to us will not be returned.
If a scheduled recurring payment is declined, we will email you to update your payment information.
We will also send email reminders every few days, however, our billing system will continuously attempt to charge the card we have on file.
If your payment information is not updated within 14 days, your subscription will be canceled, unless we have been able to charge your original card in the meantime. To fix this, and update your card, you’ll need to sign in and navigate to your billing page to update billing information and reactivate your subscription.
