Hello Team Kahoot!

First, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my comments. I have chosen to use Kahoot as my learning platform for an English Academy I am creating. Kahoot is a great system that allows me to create a plethora of learning opportunities for my students. However, after testing your system for the past two weeks I have some suggestions. I feel that the game modes, checking for understanding, quizzes, etc. definitely serve their purpose, but the courses could be much more beneficial for teachers and students with some changes/additions. Especially with regards to entire units of study and asynchronous learning opportunities. 

Suggestions...

1) Add more than one media option for questions. For example, right now I can type in a sentence, and the students will hear the audio. It is great, but if we could add a photo that relates to the audio the students' learning would increase. Imagine the possibilities of audio/visual flashcards. 

2) We have a the ability to randomize questions for individual Kahoots, but not for course. Each one of my courses will have about 12-15 Kahoots for the weekly practice for my students. If I could simply "check" randomize questions for the course that would be great. When the the questions are in the same order the students will begin recognizing the patterns of the questions rather than processing the information being learned. 

3) Can you add a highlighter function that highlights the words being read? That would help tremendously with reading lessons. 

4) Being able to create templates for decks and courses would be great. Most teachers follow similar plans throughout the year, so it would help if we could create templates that we could use over and over again Being able to create templates would greatly reduce the writing time for teachers. We could then use that extra time writing better lessons and practice activities for our students. I currently have to create a new course every week that contain the exact same information: age group, unit of study, modules, etc., and because my course are so long this takes a lot of time. The decks operate the same way as well. A lot of time is being used repeating instructions over and over again. 

5) Can you add questions that do not have timers?

6) Can you add more characters for audios? A sentence is good for audios, but so are paragraphs. 

7) Can you remove due dates in courses? The flashcard option allows students to return to previous lessons for practice, but as of now I must continually reassign the course every month.

8) Can you add more characters to text boxes? Using the slides page I currently need 2-3 slides to simply write multipart instructions. Having clear and concise instructions in one place increase learning, but Kahoot's max number of characters limits how much I can say.
