We are happy to help answer or troubleshoot anything that Robyn, our knowledge base, or our status page are unable to help with. Our team is available Weekdays 9AM to 5PM CET. Except for holidays or rare occasions, our team can respond within one business day.

After submitting a request, you will get an automated email to confirm your request was submitted. This email might also include some steps to try out and ask that you reply if you still need assistance. Please look for this email. If you don’t find it, submit a new request with a different email or account.

If you have a Kahoot! account (free to create), forego the emails and log in to our help center to read and reply to requests!


Are you younger than 16 (13 in the U.S.)?

Accounts for minors cannot log in for support. Please ask an adult to contact us on your behalf.


You can find the invoice number under the account settings menu, navigate to the Billing section, and click view invoices.
