I would like to assign Kahoots for my students to practice and study, but I would like them to be able to attempt them multiple times. To further the gamification - I would like to keep a leaderboard of high scores form the assigned games, thus needed player identification turned on. Thank you!!

Hi there! To assign kahoots for your students to practice and study with multiple attempts, you can use the "assign" feature on the Kahoot! platform. Here are the steps how to do it:
Students can attempt the assigned kahoot multiple times, but they will need to use different nicknames for each attempt. This is because an assignment can be joined only once with a specific nickname.
If students join using their Kahoot account on the app, they will only be able to join the assignment once. To attempt it multiple times, they should use a browser and provide a different nickname each time they join.
Depending on your plan, you can enable the "Player identifier" feature to track player performance across multiple games. This will allow you to combine reports into one and maintain a leaderboard of high scores.
For more detailed instructions, you can refer to the guide on how to assign a kahoot here.

Agreed!
My students would find this very enjoyable.
I would like this feature with the ability to TURN OFF the leaderboard. I want to minimize competition among my students, and encourage them to work together to learn concepts. Thanks!
I too would like my students to be able to access the courses multiple times - I would like to be able to see how they are improving their knowledge with each attempt. some have mentioned they have been able to do this but others have struggled to find a way. Could you please advise if this is possible with one account and if so what are the steps for the students to take to enable multiple attempts at the same course?
Yes, I would like this option, as well!!! This would be great for practice!!
I would like to not allow multiple attempts, how do i stop this?
Thanks for sharing your feedback! We have passed your idea to our internal team.
