Make written content more engaging using interactive stories. This can be used as a fun or serious training/learning tool in educational, personal, and workplace (eg front line customer facing staff) settings, to explore different "adventures" or outcomes depending on choices.  I played a little with Typeform's Interactive Fiction tool and the logic was readily available to copy and paste here, as the image shown below
