I'd like a two to three player cooperative mode (maybe where players can compete against each other in teams), where one player gets the question and the other player gets the ability to answer it, and it switches back and forth (or rotates through the group of three or more) who gets the question and who answers. In it's three or more players, one player would get the question and the other two answer.
The group would be working as a team. The teacher can decide what is cheating or not (looking at each other's screens, touching each other's screens, for example, would be cheating in my class).
Inspired by the game Space Team and Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes.
I am an ESL teacher and am looking for more ways to get my students to communicate with each other in English. By having students read questions aloud, they'd be practicing reading and speaking skills, and of course the listener is practicing listening and comprehension skills.
By switching back and forth who is reading and who is answering, the students have to work together to answer the questions.
By choosing how students are seated (say, facing each other) and making sure they don't show their screens to each other, it would force the students to communicate verbally.
This mode would help me a lot.
