Since Monday, the time remaining displaying on student devices is often different (sometimes very different) than the time remaining displaying on the hosting device. Students have reported discrepancies of up to 15 seconds on questions with a 60 second time limit. In every case reported the student's timer is shorter or ahead of the actual host timer. The only thing I can think of that might be responsible is that our location recently moved ahead one hour due to daylight savings time and perhaps the kahoot server is no longer synced in time with the student's computers? I'm grasping at straws here, I know, but it has happened two days in a row in half a dozen different kahoots.

Hi Dr_Gleason! You might want to have a look at our help article about avoiding connectivity issues. What you've described sounds like a latency issue (connection is stable, but slow). Slowness can be due to various things on your device, the school network, or student devices.
While the above points might give you some guidance on what to check, we unfortunately cannot tell what is specifically causing the issue you're experiencing. Your best best to resolve such issues that don't seem to be widespread (check our status page) is to report this to your IT admin and offer our connectivity article as guidance on how our web services work.
