My school uses iPads.
I've noticed students will type part of a word and then just hit the autocomplete. This isn't great when you're trying to get them to practice spelling for an upcoming spelling test.

Hi there! What you are describing is an option that the device is offering, not the Kahoot! app. You can easily change the settings on your iPad.
To turn off the autocomplete option on your iPad, follow these steps:
Open the Settings app: Tap on the Settings icon on your home screen to open the Settings app.
Go to General: Scroll down and tap on "General."
Select Keyboard: In the General settings, find and tap on "Keyboard."
Turn off Auto-Correction: In the Keyboard settings, you will see an option labeled "Auto-Correction." Toggle the switch next to "Auto-Correction" to the off position (it should no longer be green).
Turn off Predictive Text (optional): If you also want to disable the predictive text bar that appears above the keyboard, toggle the switch next to "Predictive" to the off position.
By following these steps, you will have turned off the autocomplete feature on your iPad. If you ever want to turn it back on, simply follow the same steps and toggle the switches back to the on position.
