Kahoot!  assigned. - In training sessions, I often observe two distinct patterns: early completers and last-minute completers. Having access to this data would provide an additional dimension for better understanding the participants and the teams we train.

So far, I haven't found a solution that provides this insight.

  • Hello, thank you for your feedback! To better understand your teams, consider using Player Identifiers combined with one of the following setups:

    1. Missions for Teams: If your training involves multiple activities, using Kahoot! Missions allows you to track completion rates per team in real-time. The Mission report includes a "didn't finish" tab and overall completion timelines, which can help highlight which teams are lagging .
    2. Course Reminders: When using Course assignments, you can set Automated Reminders. These are sent based on the course duration (e.g., at the 7-day mark for longer courses), which can nudge your "last-minute" participants earlier in the process .
    3. Consumption Pace Metric: Within the Engagement Hub, you can compare actual completion time against AI-estimated time to see if early completers are truly engaging with the content or simply skimming through it.
