If someone tries to join with the same name that's already playing, it ‘kicks’ the old one and replaces the new players with the same name as the old one, combining their scores.
Teachers could decide to allow this or not in the options.
It would help me a lot if students could rejoin when they lose connection, and they keep their same on-going score (minus any questions they missed).

Hi there! We are pleased to inform you that this functionality has been launched. Now, if a student loses connection and rejoins the game with the same name, they can continue from their last score.
