In the middle of a Kahoot round I was trying to get the report and was denied. It said I now needed to UPGRADE to see a report that had previously been able to see. I bought my subscription and was sold a package. That package changed and I was now told to pay more for the same package.
COMPLETELY unacceptable business practice. Absurd. Ridiculous... I could keep going. It is apalling that you did this. No warning, no offer to upgrade previously. One day your product is satisfactory, the next day I must pay more for the SAME product.

Completely agree. One minute we are on the PACKAGE THEY OFFERED US, then they decide that certain elements are no longer part of the subsciption.

Same here. What's worse is that, in order to get that feature again, you need to sign up for an annual subscription - there's no option to get reports with any of the monthly subscription options (not that this is clear from their subscriptions page).
I'll be looking for an alternative going forward.
