We run Robot Run in our classes, hosted on an iPad and connected by and played on 4-8 tablets. In almost every game, we run into crashing where the iPad screen will go white and not move any more. The tablets all lose connection and my only option is to force restart the app. We've tried various iPads and run into the same issue. We've also tried running it from a browser on the iPad instead of the app and have still found it crashes and we have to refresh the page, kicking us back to the main kahoot page.
We've only seen this behavior on Robot Run and are not sure why. Has anyone else seen this issue? Is it an iPad issue or something else? I want to try hosting from another device but don't have any other devices to host from at the moment.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi there! Appreciate you raising this. Our team is aware of a few reports similar to this. The pattern seems to be that after 1-3 rounds in Robot Run, participants experience some sort of connection loss. Either they can't move their character, or they can move their character on their own device but it doesn't update on the main host device.
From what we can tell, this is not affecting many robot run game sessions. But those reporting this problem seem to experience it with high regularity.
Our team is working to identify why this is happening and what can be done to improve things. If others are experiencing this, it would be great if they could say so in a comment here and share the date/time they last hosted a robot run game that crashed.
I regularly have this issue using iPads hosting and running the game in the browser, and also when hosting on the app. The last time I experienced this bug was on December 18th, it happens nearly every time. iPads being used are 8th gen.
