How to enable Multi-Factor Authentication
- Log in to your account.
- Click the avatar icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Select Profile settings from the dropdown list.

Click Turn on multi-factor authentication button.

A pop-up window will appear with a QR code:
• Open your authentication app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator).
• Scan the QR code or enter the setup key manually.
• Enter the 6-digit code from your app into the provided field.
- Remember to download backup codes in case you lose access to your authentication app.
- ✅ MFA enabled! Next time you sign in, you’ll be asked for a verification code from your authentication app.
First time login after Multi-Factor Authentication enabled
Once you've enabled MFA, you'll be asked to enter a verification code from your authentication app each time you log in.
☝️ You can check the box labeled “Don’t ask again on this device” if you want to skip the code on future logins from the same device.
🚫 Lost access to your authentication app? Click “Try another way” and enter one of the backup codes you saved when you first turned on MFA for you account.
