Yes this is highly important for using Kahoot to track students progress.
How can we track students progress and maybe have students accounts.

I assigned a Kahoot Challenge and clicked nickname generator. Now I can't figure out who participated to give credit. Is there currently no way to identify students?

My district is small and rural with a limited budget and very little interest in technology for teaching. They will not pay for subscription services like Kahoot. I have personally paid for the Kahoot!+ Max Teacher for Individuals and am really disappointed that this Player Identifier feature is not available on that plan. Why can't this feature be used by individual teachers with paid subscriptions? I have several other personally paid subscriptions for technology tools to use in my classroom and with all of these other tools, I can easily view specific student data if my students use their school Google account to sign into the service. Something similar would make Kahoot much more valuable for tracking student progress. Right now, I can see if someone is struggling but can't tell who that person is, so it is hard to use the information to actually help students who need assistance.

Hi there! We now have a Player Identifier feature that allows you to do this. For teachers, please ask your school or district tech administrator to contact us to discuss EDU options to enable this.
