Hello Kahoot Team,
My name is George, and I regularly host free educational events such as workshops, youth camps, and training sessions (for children and adults with diabetes and medical staff at schools and kindergartens) that take place a few times per year. I truly enjoy using Kahoot for its engaging and interactive format, but the current pricing model is challenging for users like me who only need the platform occasionally.
I’d like to suggest the introduction of a flexible one-time payment option where users can pay to host a single game, choosing from different audience size tiers. For example:
- Up to 20 participants – €2.99
- Up to 50 participants – €5.99
- Up to 100 participants – €10.99
- Up to 200 participants – €19.99
- And so on...
This model would make Kahoot more accessible to non-profits, educators, and community event organizers who want to use your platform occasionally but can’t justify a full subscription.
Thank you for considering this! I believe it would greatly expand Kahoot’s reach and usability across various educational contexts.
Best regards,
George

Hi George!
Thank you so much for sharing your feedback and your inspiring work in education and community events. We truly appreciate your thoughtful suggestion for a one-time payment model on Kahoot!
We understand that our current subscription structure may not suit everyone’s needs, especially for those using Kahoot! only occasionally. At this time, Kahoot! is not able to offer pay-per-event or one-time payment options (except for One-time events). Our pricing and platform are designed to provide continuous access and support ongoing maintenance, development, and security for all users. Because of these operational requirements, we can’t offer custom payment arrangements for individual events right now.
We value your input and will share your feedback with our product team as we continue working to improve Kahoot! for all our users.
