I agree. Having this feature would help me maintain the sense of community my classes have
developed. My students really liked the idea of playing against others from home, they would
be able to see the names of people they are playing against and keep that connection to
their classroom peers. I would really love to see this feature added, at least during this time.

In this time of a global pandemic, and ensuring Covid19 does not disrupt our lives totally, this tool would be a life saver.
Also without this tool, your app is doomed, as people will move from Kahoot and use other apps that have this feature. Why would anyone come back once things are settled?

If you create a challenge instead of a live game, students can see the question on their screens. They can also then take the challenge at home at any time before your specific challenge end time. See this link

SaphyaSpann, we know this but it is critical that students have some social interactions. Competition is the best way and the kids have fun while they are learning. We want the social interaction part, not the can I get the answers correct on a test part. Your suggestion is just another test. We want fun interacting review.
I agree about showing questions and answers on students questions beacause, students are learning at home, and most of us like doing kahoot with the class so, pls add this. and also it would be easier than just guessing.
I like Kahoot challenges against other classmates because it seems fun, it does not get me mad to lose in anyway, it just makes me want to try harder next time.
I agree. I am a student myself and my teacher loves to do kahoots it is just that we can´t see the questions, choices, and who is in the lead. This would help a lot. Just like Viji.mishra said your app is going down if you don´t add this feature. I would not like Kahoot! to go down.
Mrs.Maack, really... when the students are all home in isolation, they are lacking social interaction, Kahoot is a way to have some fun even if they're at home. They can still see others scores, see where there coming in the tally and chat to friends online afterwards. Teachers are looking for online fun for kids at home. They won't use kahoot if it's not 'at home learning' friendly.
To all those asking for Q and A both on student screens ... we just played Kahoot as a live game. I hosted it through a video chat app (I'd use Zoom if my school district allowed me ...). It worked great. Kids loved it. We saw each other and they used the chat function of the chat room to make the comments they would normally have made in the classroom. I think that putting Q and A on one slide make it too much like a Challenge game ... Try it Live video chat!
Although I am not against the suggestion as long as it is a "feature" that can be turned on or off. 😁
Students need to be able to read questions at home. If this could be added as a function Kahoots would be amazing!
Due to the different devices students have at home, I can't use Kahoot! in live form. They love this format and I wish the questions and answers would display on players' screens. Even with Zoom, iPad users can't see my shared screen when they go to the Kahoot! game. I can only use it in homework mode now and would really like to have the kids interact in live mode! Please add this ASAP!
