You need to make it easier to find the billing section on the user profile and be able to cancel subscriptions. Your current process is the most complicated and non-user friendly I have ever experienced and takes far too many steps to find and figure out how to click through to the end. I enjoy the product otherwise.

Thank you for your feedback. Subscription cancelations are considered self-service, which means the subscription owner has to cancel the subscription renewal in the billing section of their account.
To cancel, please follow the steps below (you can also refer to our help article on how to cancel: https://support.kahoot.com/hc/articles/115016115068).
Cancellation stops your subscription from renewing at the end of the billing cycle. After you cancel, the subscription is not terminated until the end of your current pre-paid period and you can use its full functionality until then (NOTE: some trials may be terminated immediately after you cancel them).
