Currently, the "Type Answer" question type allows up to 20 characters for answers. However, your suggestion to increase the limit to at least 40 characters is valuable, and I will pass it on to the relevant team for consideration in future updates. If you need more flexibility, you might consider using the "Open-ended" question type, which allows up to 250 characters for answers. I would also like to see the short answer response bumped to 40 characters. As an information technology (IT) educator, I often require students to provide command line syntax in short answer. There are many commands that require more than 20 characters. I've been able to get creative, but it gets frustrating.
Same here. The "Open-ended" question type doesn't allow us to review answer and give points.
