I’ve already applied to be an ambassador. When should I expect to hear from someone?
We review and hand-select Ambassador applications on a rolling basis. This means you can expect feedback on your application within five business days. If you notice an error or discrepancy in your application review, we encourage all educators to reach out at ambassadors@kahoot.com for more individualized feedback.
Is the Ambassador program free to join?
Yes! Membership and collaboration within the Ambassador program is free and does not require any fee for application or participation.
Who can join the Ambassador community?
All teachers are encouraged to submit an application! We’re specifically working with Kahoot! teacher users right now (that’s including anyone in both K12 and Higher Education roles). Social, corporate, or student users - stay tuned!

My application was rejected. Can I apply again?
Of course! The review criteria for interested applicants is based on several criteria - some data-driven, others anecdotally! Before you submit your next application be sure you’re aligned with these aspects:
- Your Kahoot! account is registered as a “Teacher” user, either as a free or paid subscription
- You’re actively creating and hosting kahoots on the platform
- Your profile is complete with a Description and Profile Image.
I was an Ambassador in a prior school year, and I’m not sure if I am still an Ambassador. How can I check?
Ambassador memberships are not automatically renewed. To check your current status, reach out to us at ambassadors@kahoot.com with your questions and details. Please be prepared to provide the username and email address you used to apply!
