Onboarding checklist for new Team Owners & Admins:
Step 1: Setup your account (Only Owners):
✅ Log into your Kahoot account and set up your Profile and your Company
✅ Personalize engagement with company branding
✅ Set up Player Identifier for improved reporting
Step 2: Start inviting more users:
✅ Invite Users to your Kahoot! team/account (notice only Owners and Admins can invite users)
✅ Let other users help you invite other colleagues by changing their user role to Admin (Only Admins can edit user roles)
✅ Share this "how to invite users" video guide or this article with your new Admins
✅ Share this Kahoot! At Work introduction course with the invited users
Step 3: If you need any additional support we're here to help:
✅ Go to our onboarding community for companies and post any questions you might have
✅ Visit our Help & Resource center and find relevant helpdesk articles or visit our official YouTube for helpful "how to" video guides
✅ Sign up and join one of our free recurring "101 Get started with Kahoot!" live webinars
✅ If you run into technical issues contact Support agents.
Step 4: Monitor team & account usage and support the users:
✅ View your team's Kahoot usage on this usage report
✅ Host refresher training for users with low activity or motivate them to join one of our recurring basic "Get started with Kahoot!" live webinars
✅ Make sure you celebrate Top Hosts internally
