- Use the Manage licenses button to adjust the subscription.
- View all users with details like Name, Email, Workspace role, and Status (Active, Pending, Not joined).
- Easily find specific members using the search bar and filters.

Roles and permissions
- Default role for new users
- Permissions for limited members
- Hide paid content (EDU and Enterprises)
- Privacy (EDU plans only)
Default role for new users
Here you can decide what role will be assigned by default to new members of your team workspace. The role can later be changed in Team settings.
Permissions for limited members
Restrict limited members from creating new content (kahoots, courses, and stories) and/or new groups. Toggle Create content, Create groups, or both to maintain high content standards and keep the workspace organized. Changes take effect immediately, providing a streamlined experience where "Create" buttons and "Make" links are hidden and direct access to the creator is blocked for limited members.
Both settings are set to on by default for a new organisation. Changes take effect immediately for every limited member in the org after saving.
Hide paid content (EDU and Enterprises)
Workspace owners on EDU and Enterprise plans can hide all paid content (such as AccessPass and Marketplace) across the platform for their organization's members. This gives you full control over the content your students and teachers are exposed to.
When enabled, this setting removes paid content and links to paid content across all surfaces, including Navigation, Discover, Profiles, Channels, Search, and Library.
Privacy (EDU plans only)
In this section, you can review your Privacy settings. |
Access to AI
Users within team workspaces that include access to AI-features can use AI to generate questions, enhance text blocks and generate content from PDFs. Owners can restrict access to the AI-based features depending on the member's role in the workspace.
Usage analytics
Review overall team activity and engagement statistics.
Report
In the Report settings section, you can decide who can access the reports stored in your team workspace. The small text under each role describes the access level they have by default. You can provide additional through the toggle buttons.
Manage uploads
Manage all files the team uploaded to courses and stories. When members add files to courses and stories, they will show up here, allowing easy management and deletion if necessary.
Branding
Personalize the workspace environment with organization-specific branding.
- Organization name: Set the display name of the workspace.
- Choose color: Pick a primary brand color.
- Workspace icon: Upload an image to act as the workspace avatar (format PNG/JPG, size: 5MB).
Player identifier settings
In this section, you can change your workspace’s default Player Identifier settings. Hosts still have the ability to change this setting whenever they launch a kahoot. Make sure to click the Save button once you’re done.
Integrations

Verify a domain to prove ownership. This ensures no one else can use the domain to sign up to the Kahoot! platform.
SSO and SCIM
Configure Single Sign-On and SCIM for seamless and secure access management across the organization.
LTI Management
Configure Kahoot! authentication with the IT department through dynamic or manual configuration for supported LMS providers.
