Report settings
In the Report settings section, you can decide who can access the reports stored in your team workspace. The small text under each role describes the access level they have by default. You can provide additional through the toggle buttons.
☝️ Report settings can be edited only by the owner of the team workspace (admins don’t have access to this section).
☝️ Reports from all games started in the team workspace are stored in the workspace’s Reports tab.
☝️ Make sure to click the Save button once you’re done.
Player identifier settings (available with certain plans)
In this section, you can change your workspace’s default Player Identifier settings. Hosts still have the ability to change this setting whenever they launch a kahoot.
☝️ Options in this section will differ depending on your plan type. You can read more about different Player Identifier settings here.
☝️ Make sure to click the Save button once you’re done.
Members roles
Here you can decide what role will be assigned by default to new members of your team workspace. The role can later be changed in Team settings.
☝️You can review the feature access per role here.

Users within team workspaces that include access to AI-features can use AI to generate questions, enhance text blocks and generate content from PDFs. Owners can restrict access to the AI-based features depending on the member's role in the workspace.
Privacy (EDU plans only)
In this section, you can review your Privacy settings.
☝️ If you’ve already agreed to the Terms and Conditions and Student Privacy Policy when purchasing the EDU license, you won’t be able to change this setting.
