Manage the members of your shared workspace with just a few clicks.

- Go to your shared workspace via the left-side panel on our platform.
The first workspace from the top in the left-side panel is your private workspace. You cannot add or remove members from this section. Once you subscribe to a plan that includes a shared workspace, you will see a new workspace on the panel where new members can be added. - Click the avatar icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select the Manage users option from the list.
- Find the relevant username in the list of members on the Manage users page, click the three vertical dots, and use the Remove button.
Members can also be bulk removed by checking off the boxes by their names and selecting the Remove button.
- The member's access to the workspace will be revoked immediately.
- Kahoots in your shared workspace will remain there, even if the creator was removed.
If you remove a member, your total licenses are not reduced, that license will become available. You can invite someone else without additional cost, or you can use the Manage licenses link button to quickly adjust the unused licenses.
