Subscriptions can be purchased on our website, the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store, or the Amazon Appstore. The subscriptions are tied to your account and can be used on any of our platforms regardless of where it was purchased; mobile plans are also active on the web, and vice-versa.
All billing matters for subscriptions purchased through Apple, Google or Amazon are handled by those companies and are subject to their payment policies. To cancel, pause, or change a Kahoot! mobile app subscription, you'll need to sign in to the respective company's web portal or mobile app.

To manage mobile app subscriptions
If your subscription was bought through Apple/Google/Amazon, and their Store was utilized to verify and process payments, you won't be able to manage your subscription through our website. Sadly, the app stores don't give us administrative access to mobile app subscriptions.
Through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or the Amazon Appstore web portal or mobile app, you can cancel, pause, or change any subscriptions started through those services under your Apple, Google or Amazon account. You can also update billing information and access past invoices.

From our mobile app, you can also open the profile page and tap “Manage Subscription”. This will open the mobile app for the company you purchased through.
