How to reactivate my subscription

  • Incredibly incorrect. If you have a cancelled plan that you want to reactivate, it keeps redirecting you to the page with plans saying "this is your current plan" with no option to reactivate or pay for it.

  • I had the same problem, I solved it by doing it in an incognito window! Weird workaround but it worked for me

  • Hi all! I can confirm that the "renew subscription" button isn't working as expected right now. Our team is looking into it. For now, opening a privacy/incognito window to sign in and upgrade is a safe workaround. Apologies for the inconvenience.

  • I paid $120 for an annual subscription. But after 3 days, the subscription expired. I wrote to Robyn - there is no specific answer. I wrote through support - they did not solve my problem, but it says there that it is solved. Well done, keep it up
