How do I upload a logo to my Kahoot! theme?

You can easily upload a logo to represent your team or organization directly within the kahoot creator.

1. Open the kahoot creator by editing your kahoot.
2. Click the Themes button located in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Click the + icon to add a new theme. A pop-up window will appear showing a visualization of your game.
   
4. Click the Add logo button and select a file from your device.
   
5. Crop the image and select either the square or landscape format by clicking the first icon to the right of your logo.
   

How do I add my branded theme to a kahoot?

Once your logo is uploaded to a theme, you can apply it to your games so it displays for all players.

1. Open the kahoot creator and click the Themes button.
2. Ensure your game visible to only you or your team. Select the theme with the uploaded logo only if the kahoot is visible to you or your team only.
   
3. Click Save.

How do I change or remove a logo?

If you need to update your branding, you can edit or delete existing themes.

1. Open the Themes section in the kahoot creator.
2. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the theme’s icon.
3. Choose to edit, rename, or remove the theme.

1. What are the image requirements for a Kahoot! logo? Logos must be a JPG or PNG file type and cannot be larger than 2MB. We highly recommend using the PNG format if your logo requires a transparent background. Recommended resolution is 3840×2560px for background images, but logos will be scaled to fit.
    
2. Why can't I add a logo to my kahoot? Logo uploads require specific workspace roles (Owner, Admin, or Member) and a subscription that includes Standard or Custom Themes.
    
3. Can I brand public kahoots? No. To display a custom logo, the kahoot must be set to be visible only to you or your team. Themes with uploaded logos are not available for public games.
