Troubleshooting & FAQs
-
Why is the Kahoot! question bank missing or locked? The availability of the question bank depends on your specific plan and account type. You will be prompted to upgrade your plan if your current one does not include this feature.
- Can I search for questions created by my team members? Currently, searching for team-created content directly through the general search bar will mostly show public kahoots or your personal library. To reuse a team member's question, it is best to navigate directly to the team workspace, duplicate their kahoot, or combine kahoots, rather than relying on the general question bank search tool.

How do I find questions from Kahoots created by my team members. I see the Kahoot in the team workspace but when creating a new Kahoot I search the question bank it shows wildly irrelevant public Kahoots or I can select My library to see only kahoots I created.
