Got an invite from an admin? Follow these instructions depending on your current account status!

I am a new user, I don't have Kahoot! account
- Follow the invitation or the license key link shared by your admin to access Kahoot! account.
- Choose "Create account" and select Professional account type
- Sign up with your work email address and remember to verify it.

Kahoot! account with a free trial registered with a work email address
NOTE ☝️: When you cancel your current subscription, you will not lose the kahoots you previously created as long as they are stored in your private workspace. |
- Cancel your current subscription, no matter if the trial is active or expired.
- Once your subscription is canceled, follow the invitation or the license key link shared by your admin to join your Kahoot enterprise account.
- Choose "Log In" and enter your work email/username and password associated with your Kahoot! account.

- In order to keep both accounts: In your current Kahoot! account, change your email address from your work email to a personal email address.
- Follow this guide in order to join the Kahoot! account.
☝️ You will now have two Kahoot! accounts (personal and enterprise) with different subscriptions associated with them.
☝️ If you’d like to cancel the subscription associated with your personal account, follow this guide.
Kahoot! account registered with a personal email address
You will need to create a new account registered with your work email address:
- Follow this guide in order to join the Kahoot! account.
- You will now have two Kahoot! accounts (personal and enterprise), and the account with the work email will become part of your enterprise account.
☝️ You can delete your Kahoot! account registered with your personal email.
☝️ You can share your kahoots between accounts.
Kahoot! account registered with a work email address (SSO)
If we see that the user already has a Kahoot! account associated with their work email, we will merge their existing account to join the new organization. From that point on, they will use the Enterprise SSO magic link to sign in to their Kahoot! account
How do I log in and where do I find my existing and new content?
You will log in using the magic link or the “Sign in with SSO” button.
When doing so you will see three workspaces tied to two separate subscriptions. You will need your work login credentials to be able to access all of these workspaces.
