☝️ The login email tied to your account has to be unique. There cannot be more than one account with the same login email.
☝️ Make sure you can receive external communication to this email's inbox. It's necessary to reset the password and restore access to the account.

☝️ The login email is the email you use to log in to your account. The account’s billing email is where Kahoot! sends invoices and billing-related communication such as renewal reminders, past due notifications, and declined payment notifications.
☝️ If you know you will change the email address, make sure to change it in your Kahoot! account's settings in advance.
- Log in to your account.
- Click the avatar icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Profile settings from the dropdown list.
- Type the new email address in the User information section.
☝️ Before you provide changes, the button "Change" is always greyed out. Please insert the new email address, and the button will become available. - After clicking Change, you will be prompted to enter your account password to verify your identity.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the new address. Follow the link and log in with your old credentials and complete the change.

I have 2 accounts as a teacher: one account with my personal email and another with my school email. All of my kahoots are in the account with the personal email.How can I replace my personal email with my school email.

Merging accounts is currently not possible. However, there are two workarounds to help you transfer your content from one account to another. I have sent you an email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
